So there’s no questionnaire to complete or tailored meal plan.

However, it’s worth noting that The Innocent Hound have recently launched their complete air-dried food so this perhaps this could change in the future.

I was sent the full range to try on my two picky Alaskan Klee Kai dogs.

They loved The Innocent Hound’s air-dried raw dog food. As I feed my dogs a different brand of food, I used The Innocent Hound as training treats and for scavenger hunts around my garden and home.

I did mix some of The Innocent Hound into their regular food and they appeared to really enjoy the extra flavour provided by the air-dried raw dog food.

As someone who cares about the environment and sustainability, I liked that The Innocent Hound source their ingredients from within the UK.

What Are Customers Saying?

I couldn’t find any reviews of The Innocent Pet on an independent review website. However, they do display customer reviews under each recipe so you can see what dog owners who’ve tried their air-dried food think of it.

Mandy was delighted with the impact of the food on her Cocker Spaniel’s quality of life.

Our Cocker Spaniel has always had trouble with allergies and itchy skin, so we decided to give the air dried food a go. Wish we had changed to this food sooner! He is happy, no itching and gobbles every dinner down! The packaging is great being all recyclable. Well done innocent pet!

Caroline says her Jackchi loves The Innocent Hound.

I used to have a very fussy Jackchi eater always food left in her bowl. Since changing to the innocent hound her bowl is always empty. Money well spent. Very happy!

Barbara gave a rave review based upon her experience with her toy Poodle dog.

My four-year-old toy Poodle has always been a fussy eater but I didn’t realise it was because he was allergic to all the food I was giving him even though it was good quality. I put him on hypoallergenic and then discovered Innocent Hound and have never in his life seen him enjoy any treats and main menu food like the Lamb casserole and be so well. He will be eating happily for a long time now.

Any Negatives?

The Innocent Hound don’t currently offer a tailored meal plan to meet your dog’s specific needs. This is something that some dog owners might like, especially if they’ve got a fussy eater. Having said that, they do provide a thorough feeding guide.

Having spoken to a lot of dog owners, some prefer meals that are pre-portioned in meal pouches. This means feeding your dog is hassle free as you simple rip and serve. However, every dog owner has different priorities. The fact that The Innocent Hound use quality British ingredients might be enough to override any other considerations.

Is This The Best Dog Food Delivery Company?

If you’re looking to make the switch air-dried raw dog food, you won’t go wrong with The Innocent Hound. They’ve got a good range of recipes to cater to different dogs.

I personally prefer fresh dog meals that are stored in my freezer before I defrost and serve to my Alaskan Klee Kai. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their reaction to the Innocent Hound’s complete meals.

It’s clear their food is tasty and high quality.
