As we mentioned above, Ollie will give a quote for their dog meals, depending on whether you want 100% Ollie, 50% Ollie or 25% Ollie.
For example, for my 10 pound Alaskan Klee Kai, I can expect to pay roughly $22 a week (100% Ollie), $16 a week (50% Ollie) and $14 a week (for 25% Ollie).
They offer great flexibility when it comes to scheduling deliveries. Customers can schedule meal deliveries for every one or two weeks.
Ollie’s food is packaged in an insulated box so it stays fresh, even if you’re not home when they deliver.
Using lots of ice, your meals should arrive cold and you will need to transfer the dog food to the fridge within 12 hours of arrival.
You can also freeze Ollie meals and they will remain good for 12 months.
What Are Customers Saying?
Ollie get an average of 4 stars out of 5 based upon over 150 reviews on Trustpilot.
One customer revealed that her dog is obsessed with Ollie’s meals.
Our dog, Dooley Dawg is loving the new packaging and food. He eats the food without adding other products to it. He is very finicky when it comes to his meals. He lays and waits in the kitchen for his meals now instead of me coaxing him to eat.
Another dog owner lifted the lid on their pet’s transformation after switching to Ollie:
After 1 week on Ollie beef formula, he became more alert and more active. We are about 4 weeks in, his coat is beautiful, his eyes are clear, his breath is great and so are his ears !I love the recyclable products and the customer service is wonderful !! I feel so good about the quality ingredients I am feeding our little guy.
Another pet owner revealed her satisfaction with the product, although she admitted it’s a premium-priced service.
My picky eater loves Ollie and the puppy tears into it like every meal is his last! It smells good and looks appetizing unlike most canned or wet dog food. I wish it weren’t so expensive but they love it.
Ollie are clearly doing a professional job at delivering fresh dog meals to pet owners around the USA.
The only real negative that we can see is the price.
But as with all dog food delivery companies, these fresh dog meals are more expensive than more traditional dog food.
You’re paying for the premium ingredients used in their recipes that provide dogs with a balanced and complete diet.
Alaskan Klee Kai are notoriously fussy eaters so we recruited an eight-year AKK called Mercer to try Ollie’s meals.
His owner, Alexis, warned us that Mercer was very picky and there was a good chance that he wouldn’t touch Ollie’s food. However, Mercer’s mom was in for a shock!
Mercer quickly became obsessed with his new Ollie meals. Alexis told us how her Klee Kai “absolutely loved” these fresh meals. Usually lacking motivation at mealtime, Mercer showed unprecedented levels of enthusiasm when it was time for his next serving of Ollie.
Alexis sensibly slowly introduced Ollie to Mercer’s diet by mixing it with his previous dog food brand before slowly shifting towards 100% Ollie diet for her mini husky.
Such was her delight at the positive impact of Ollie’s meals on Mercer, Alexis decided to sign up for a permanent subscription to this dog food delivery company’s service.
